Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is always FREE.

Delivery is to the U.S. only.  We currently do not ship internationally.

Generally all of our items are in-stock.  You will be notified by email within 1 business day on back-ordered items.  Please be sure to have customerservice@aroomofherown.com in your address book to receive our confirmation emails.

Your order of in-stock item(s) will be processed in 24-48 hours. Weekends and holidays excluded.

California residents will be charged sales tax.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will begin processing the following business day.  Orders placed placed on Friday after 1 p.m will begin processing the following Monday.  Weekends and holidays are not considered a business day.

Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund to the payment form used during check-out.

Refused shipments or undeliverable packages will be subject to a non-refundable, non-delivery fee of $14.00.  Non-delivery fee will be applied to the payment form used during checkout after refund is applied.

Only shipments received damaged or with original items shipped incorrectly are eligible for a shipping refund.  

Damaged shipments MUST be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the shipment by calling 1-866-658-1164: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by emailing us: customerservice@aroomofherown.com. Your items will be replaced with the identical product at no charge and with no shipping fees.

In the unlikely event your package is lost, contact us by calling 1-866-658-1164: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by emailing customerservice@aroomofherown.com for further instruction. 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with any purchase from our site.  If you are not satisfied with any products you have purchased from A Room of Her Own you may return the item in it's original product packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Please carefully read and follow our return instructions and policies below.

1. A Return Merchandising Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returns.  Email us at customerservice@aroomofherown.com with your request  OR call us at 1-866-658-1164: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. Write your RMA# on a copy of your packing slip and include it in your return shipment along with the original product packaging, printed materials, parts and pieces.  Note that all makeup and skin care products must be 2/3 full.
3. Mail your return to:

• Obtain your RMA# and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend using a method of shipping with insurance and tracking.  A Room of Her Own is not responsible for lost or damaged return merchandise. A $5 restocking fee will be applied to the payment form used during checkout.
• Once your return is received and inspected, remember all original product packaging, printed materials, parts, pieces, promotional items such as gift with purchase or buy one get one free (BOGO) or multiple free items with a purchase must be included in your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of received shipment. 
• If your return does not meet the return policy criteria you will not receive a refund. The shipment may be returned to you at your expense or destroyed upon request.
• Please make sure that you qualify for a refund before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns as to whether or not you qualify for a refund email customerservice@aroomofherown.com or call 1-866-6581164: Monday through Friday,10 a.m. to 5.p.m. PST. 
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment including multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once or multiple RMA requests for the same products.
• Due to manufacturers guidelines we do not accept returns on Jan Marini Eyelash, Jan Marini Mascara, Revitalash products and Blinc products.  A Room of Her Own Cosmetics may be returned only if unused.
• There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.
